DEVELOPING TOMORROW'S LEADERS: RISING STARS PROGRAMME CONCLUDES

The inaugural Houlden Rising Stars Leadership Group concluded recently with a fitting final session, generously hosted at Houlden Member Laings Jewellers' Head Office in Glasgow.

Over the course of the programme, participants have strengthened their leadership skills, broadened their perspectives and built lasting relationships with peers from across the Houlden membership. The final session provided an opportunity to reflect on their individual journeys, share key learnings and outline the commitments they are making as they continue to develop as future leaders.

Under the expert guidance of Amanda Lindsay, every participant has demonstrated remarkable growth, embracing the programme with enthusiasm, openness and ambition.

The day concluded with an exclusive tour of Laings' Service Department and Workshop, offering a fascinating insight into the exceptional craftsmanship and expertise that sits behind one of the UK's leading luxury jewellers.
