COLLABORATION IN FOCUS AT THE HOULDEN SUPPLIER PARTNER ROADSHOW

Houlden recently welcomed Supplier Partners from across the jewellery and watch industry to the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) Headquarters in Birmingham for its annual Supplier Partner Roadshow, hosted by Managing Director, Denise McLaughlin.

The event provided an opportunity to share Houlden's strategic direction and upcoming priorities, while creating an open forum for meaningful discussion, collaboration and the exchange of ideas. It also offered valuable insight into how we can continue to strengthen our partnerships, enhance our events and deliver even greater value across the network.

Attendees also heard from a panel of respected industry speakers, including Ben Massey (NAJ), Marisa White (Acrisure) and Marie Brennan (Birmingham Assay Office), whose expertise and perspectives sparked engaging conversations on the opportunities and challenges shaping the sector.

The willingness of our Supplier Partners to share their knowledge, experiences and feedback remains one of Houlden's greatest strengths. Their openness and commitment to collaboration continues to play an important role in the success of our network and the wider industry.
