Turnover - Typically £1 million+ annual retail turnover (excluding VAT), with a focus on the middle to upper end of the market.
Business Strength - Established, financially sound businesses with strong credit references and a reputation for quality and service.
Location - There is no strict geographical exclusivity, although we consult existing Members where a prospective Member is located nearby.
Quality & Brand Alignment - We visit prospective Members to understand their business, brands, customer experience and overall alignment with Houlden.
Applications are considered by the Houlden Board with the long-term strength of our Member community in mind.
