Chief Operations Officer

Denise McLaughlin

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Denise oversees Houlden’s operations and works with the CEO to implement strategic initiatives set by the Board of Directors, supporting the entire Houlden team, board, and CEO to ensure the smooth execution of strategies. 

She manages the Operations department and delivery of two annual Houlden events with an aim to continuously exceed Members and Supplier Partners’ expectations. 

Membership Executive

Leeanne Rawson

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leeanne leads the strategic development of the Jewellers of Excellence Academy to achieve continual engagement of our membership. She provides guidance on the sourcing and appointment of Houlden Advantage Service providers, ensuring that she has a firm understanding of Members’ requirements.

Leeanne working closely with the CEO, also manages and maintains Member relationships. 

Leeanne is part of the Houlden Executive team. 

Marketing & Communications Executive

Kat Campbell

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kat is responsible for the overall marketing and communication strategy of Houlden and oversees the communication channels in line with our brand identity.  

She promotes the Houlden ethos and accomplishments internally via our company communication channels, and via our app, web, email, print, social media and externally via trade and industry publications. 

Kat is part of the Houlden Executive team.  

Marketing & Communications Officer

Louise Cullen

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Louise ensures all content on the app, social media and website, in addition to articles and emails, reflect the vision and values of Houlden and are in line with the Houlden brand strategy. 

She is responsible for improving and sustaining engagement levels across Houlden platforms and for producing collateral for the two Houlden events. 

Supply Chain Manager

Joanna Brown

RESPONSIBILITIES:

***Joanna is currently on maternity leave.*** Joanna is the key contact for our Supplier Partners and collaborates with them to ensure they meet supply chain standards determined by Houlden.  

She evaluates operational performance and ensures mutually beneficial relationships are maintained. She also supports the planning and execution of the two annual Houlden events and is involved with developing the app and website to support Houlden Supplier Partners. 

Operations Administrator

Anna Bavington

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Anna is responsible for the maintenance of the Houlden CRM system, app and website.

She also manages the distribution of digital communications and provides vital administrative support across all Houlden departments.  

Operations & Events Administrator

Mhairi Davidson

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mhairi is covering Joanna Brown’s maternity leave and is supporting the Operations team in delivering exceptional events.

She is also the key contact for our Preferred Suppliers and Advantage Services Suppliers as well as helping the team keep all of our systems and processes up to date.
